In my artistic practice, my starting point is always personal; by using my own emotions and psyche, I address difficult and taboo issues of being human. I bring the starting point into the glass studio and translate the emotions into glass.
I create concrete and tactile sculptures that form their own beings.

Since I was 3 years old, I have only dreamed of one thing: to become a glassblower.
Where it came from I cannot answer, but glass is still the material of my dreams: It keeps me focused and sharp while allowing me to dream and grow.
There is always something to reach for; something to improve, test, or something to redo. Over and over until it's good enough.

I gather a lot of inspiration for my functional glassware from my surroundings: in nature, travelling, through encounters and interactions with people and not least the sensual and tactile.
