From Light to Matter- Mari Ulland and Per Hess

The exhibition displayed how to artist worked with light on different mediums.

"Nordic Fragments," was an exhibition that explored the essence of the Nordic region through the lens of fragmented narratives, landscapes, and cultural motifs.

The Exibithion showcased the meeting between the hard material of the industrial and natures own naturual material through sculptures and installations.

“LYS” was an exhibition in SKOG from 11 January to 4 February that showcases the artistic potential of light. SKOG invited 14 artists to create objects that emit light.

In the Winter Exhibition at SKOG, we showed six artists, each one of them with a distinct and clear expression.

“I See What I Saw” by Anders Hald took place from 16 November to 10 December 2023. Anders Hald’s work is a virtuoso and contemporary three dimensional storytelling through ceramics.

Jens Stegger Ledaal’s artistic practice encompasses a diversity of forms and expression, materials and different media. His exhibition took place in SKOG from 19 October to 12 November 2023.

The exhibition with Eirik Falckner and Trude Westby Nordmark took place in Skog between 21 September and 15 October 2023.

Art Space Skog presented the exhibition "Material Minds" with Ingunn Skogholt and Adam Kajander from 17 August to 10 September 2023.

Alexander Slotten’s exhibition “Symposium” took place in Art Space SKOG from 3 to 12 August 2023.

All you want by Tonje Paus & Ane Barstad Solvang took place in SKOG from 8 June to 2 July 2023. Some things we need, other stuff we don’t. Like porcelain and paintings?

The exhibition Skyggesider by Vida Aasen and Ebbe Arneberg was present in SKOG from 11 May to 11 June 2023. Through rigid geometric reliefs and figurative animal sculptures, the artists explore the basis of our occasionally contradictory experience of existence.

Takumi Morozumi was the second artist in residency in SKOG from 15 March to 2 April 2023 . During his artist in residence at SKOG, Takumi Morozumi explored the medium of painting for the first time.

SKOG’s first artist in residency, Zoe Jo Rae worked in our art space from 22 February to 12 March 2023.

“Motifs of Materiality” by OAM Studio was founded by Ole Dalheim, Arman Sellæg and Max Svendsen during their masters at the AHO - Oslo School of Architecture and Design as a direct response to a desire to explore design and craft through materials. Through composition, color, depth and motif, they work in the intersection between abstract and figurative.
