Yngve Jørgensen (born in 1981 in Bodø, Norway) operates at the intersection of visual arts and craft. He holds a Master's degree in visual arts from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts in 2007. Jørgensen's works have been acquired by institutions such as Vanylven Kunstlag and Alstahaug municipality, as well as by private collectors.

In his artistic expression, he often works with objects and materials sourced from close family ties, such as old sea charts, herbarium sheets, and lead plates, as well as interior elements that are reconfigured and placed in new contexts.
