August Sandberg

August Sandberg is quickly becoming a prominent figure in the Norwegian contemporary art scene.

His latest exhibition at SKOG (5 - 22 September 2024) , titled "Noe holder meg våken," reflects the restlessness that drives his creativity. Just as these works keep him awake, they promise to stir your emotions as well, with their raw portrayal of human vulnerability—a theme that deeply resonates with the audience.

August Sandberg is from Oslo, and studied at the Faculty of Art, Music and Design at the University of Bergen. His most recent exhibition at the Bergen Academy of Art and Design (KiB).
